農村做大鍋菜用的大鐵鍋，你知道吧。

每次使用都有很多黑垢，我就是做農村廚師的。我們做菜前處理鍋里外的黑垢都是用火燒，大火燒紅，邊燒邊淋油，簡單暴力，效果還非常乾淨。

自己在家炒菜用的也可以這樣清理，

燒完鍋要用油和鹽洗鍋，不然會沾鍋。
