牛油果怎麼吃才不膩?
牛油果是一種營養非常豐富的食物,具體豐富到啥程度呢,請看看下面這張圖:
牛油果富含能夠降血脂的好脂肪,即不飽和脂肪酸,以及多種維生素、礦物質以及植物化學物質,具有滋潤皮膚、保護心血管、營養神經、黑髮明目等作用。
但同時我們也能看到,牛油果的熱量可不低啊,半個牛油果相當於二兩米飯,而且如題主所言:牛油果由於脂肪含量高又沒啥酸甜味道,因此吃起來很膩!但如果用牛油果替代食物中的脂肪成分,不僅會減少熱量和飽和脂肪攝入,還會提高食物整體的營養價值,而且口感也不差!瑋瑋就時常用牛油果替代黃油、沙拉醬、植物油來自作食物,接下來就跟大家分享一下:
1、牛油果三明治:將半個牛油果肉搗成泥,加入適量的鹽、黑胡椒粉拌勻(也可以只加醬油調味),塗抹在吐司上作為醬料,瑋瑋通常還會加入煎雞蛋、生菜、番茄醬等食材作為早餐食用,不僅方便,而且營養滿分,既有優質蛋白(雞蛋)、降脂脂肪,還有主食和新鮮蔬菜,一舉多得!
很簡單,是把上文中的加鹽和黑胡椒製成的牛油果醬作為意麵的醬料,當然了最好還要加入各種雜蔬,用橄欖油清炒一下蔬菜加入到煮好的意麵上,最後澆上牛油果醬即可!
3.牛油果沙拉:瑋瑋製作的牛油果沙拉不放沙拉醬或沙拉汁,而是以牛油果醬代替(喜歡油醋沙拉汁的可以加果醋或檸檬汁),沙拉里有彩椒、黃瓜、小番茄、胡蘿蔔、紫甘藍、生菜等,這樣不僅不會覺得牛油果太膩,還節省了沙拉醬的熱量!(沒找到圖片請見諒!)
