回復:本人覺得,羊肉(山羊肉)是最好的食補性溫,男女老少皆宜,因為山羊是吃百草的,所以其肉質有對人體需要的各種營養成份,羊肚也是很不錯的養胃上品!(只要做法得當,沒有腥味的)
