羊雜怎麼做又好吃不膻~?

四川簡陽做法是1、羊雜在開水中過水1分鐘撈出

2、把水倒掉再加入清水,蔥、姜、白鬍椒粒、八角、草果、白扣、三奈、漢源花椒。一起煮兩小時。把羊雜撈出切絲,原湯備用 3、鍋中加羊油燒至5成油溫,下大蔥、薑片、花椒。10秒後倒入切絲羊雜炒香,倒入原湯。煮5分鐘起鍋,灑入枸杞大棗。 4、打沾碟,豆腐乳一塊、小米辣、香菜、加鹽味適量,加入原湯。 5、開吃,味道絕對巴適
