紅燒魚怎麼做才最好吃?


紅燒魚也可這樣做,味道鮮美營養豐富,下面娟子來為大家介紹具體的製作方法,希望大家喜歡;

武昌魚、八角、醬油、姜蒜、料酒、醋、鹽、糖、味精

1;首先把魚洗乾淨,血水和魚肚裡的黑膜一定要洗乾淨,

魚籽和魚泡留著,兩邊切好花刀,

用鹽,醬油,料酒均勻的抹在魚身上,

再將切好的薑片塞到魚肚,魚頭,放到一邊腌制10分鐘

2;腌好後,熱鍋涼油,放入薑片和蒜片炒出香味再倒點白糖進去,

至白糖融化把魚放進去兩面煎。

3;煎一會兒後放入醋然後加適量的水,

水要沒過魚身再放入鹽,老抽,八角,味精

4;喜歡吃辣椒可以放辣椒,蓋鍋蓋燜至十分鐘,再大火收汁

5;待湯汁變稠就可出鍋,美味即成
