疙瘩湯好吃的做法有哪些?


疙瘩湯是北方常見的一道主食,因為是湯湯水水,吃著暖和,所以備受推崇!冬天天氣冷,做上一鍋疙瘩湯,無論是早餐還是晚餐,一家老小都滿足,關鍵關鍵是主食和菜全都有,還比較容易消化!下面我就分享一下我的私家做法:

需要準備食材:麵粉半斤,西紅柿一個,土豆一個,雞蛋一個,少許韭菜

製作方法:

1、 土豆去皮切小丁,韭菜,蔥姜切末,西紅柿去皮切丁,雞蛋打散調勻

2、 麵粉盆放在水龍頭下,開最小的水流,邊加水邊攪拌,亂拌成疙瘩備用

3、 鍋上火,加油,下入蔥姜熗鍋,下入西紅柿丁,土豆丁煸透後加入醬油,鹽調味

4、 水開鍋後下入白鬍椒粉和疙瘩,煮熟,淋入蛋液,熟後關火,撒韭菜末,點香油即可

準備食材:番茄、麵粉、豆角、大蒜、薑絲、蒜苗、食鹽

麵粉加水攪拌成棉絮絮的樣子,番茄、豆角、蒜苗切碎(麵粉一點點加水攪拌)

鍋中熱油大蒜、薑絲、蒜苗爆香後番茄、豆角下鍋翻炒片刻後加水(炒番茄再放豆角也可以)

鍋中湯大火燒開後改小火,麵疙瘩下鍋攪拌,小火煮5—8分鐘放入食鹽攪拌幾下就可以關火了。

所需材料:

西紅柿 雞蛋 麵粉 食用油 香油 鹽 小蔥

第一步:將西紅柿去皮(前面已經講過,還不會的朋友可以去翻看一下哦),切成小塊越小越好,小蔥也切碎

第二步:向鍋內倒入適量的食用油,然後放入蔥,炒出香味

第三步:將準備好的西紅柿也倒入鍋中進行翻炒,直至炒出來湯汁即可

第四步:向盛有西紅柿的鍋中放入適量的清水,進行加熱

第五步:將準備好的麵粉倒入一個盆中,向盆裡面加水,邊加水邊用筷子攪拌,直至攪拌成絮狀物即可

第六步:等待水開之後,將攪拌好的棉絮像打雞蛋一樣,慢慢倒入鍋中,加入適量食用鹽調味

第七步:打一個雞蛋在碗里,將打好的雞蛋倒入鍋中

第八步:待麵疙瘩成熟後即可關火,臨出鍋點上幾滴香油(蔥沫,香菜)香噴噴的疙瘩湯就做好啦
