快到春節了,你最喜歡哪些美食呢?
記得很之以前,那時在農村,每到年底進入臘月份那個年味啊就一天比一天濃,就好象馬上就要過午了一樣。那時生活並不富裕,但每到年底每家都要殺口豬,剎幾隻雞。一是為了過年而準備些豐富的菜肴,另一方面也是為了慰勞一下自己,辛苦一年了總要享受一番。那個時候的農家菜有些已經成了東北的特色菜,好吃讓人喜歡。現在都成了讓我最喜歡的美食,也是東北人最喜歡的美食。
小笨雞燉野生蘑菇(野生榛蘑)。雞是自家養的,蘑菇是上山裡揀的。在農村是又經濟又美味,後來演變成東北名菜。
東北殺豬萊。自家腌的酸菜配上白肉和新灌的血腸,地道農家菜,一直是所有人的鐘愛。
東北醬大骨。簡單易做。不油、不膩、不柴。讓你百吃不厭。
排骨燉豆角。渾素搭配,營養可口,看著就食裕倍增。
東北鍋包肉。用豬裡脊切片,腌制掛糊,用油炸兩遍,回鍋加入糖醋汁快速翻炒出鍋。外酥里嫩是東北的一道特色美食。
來一道過年必不可少的菜。鯉魚改花刀用油炸兩遍,澆上糖醋汁。酸甜可口。它的寓意更深刻:連年有餘或鯉魚跳龍門。
渾素要搭配。來點爽口的,飯桌必備冷盤:東北大拉皮。黃瓜、胡羅卜、紫甘藍干豆腐皮等切絲,配上粉皮,放點肉冒調上醬汁。這道菜勁柔爽口,味道鮮美。
還有一道特別喜歡的菜。年味十足「大豐收」。光聽菜名你就會對這道菜非常感興趣。
最後配上自己喜歡的主食。東北粘豆包,我相信你也一定很想吃。
雖說現在人們生活富裕了,好吃的美食平常也能吃到,但是最喜歡的還是過年蒸的燜子、梅菜扣肉這些扣碗類的,還有團圓飯調的冷盤,蒸的海鮮,想想都是美味~~
