只會做布丁和西米露……

家裡材料太少了【捂臉】

櫻花牛奶布丁

沒有放糖,奶味很濃,可惜看不到櫻花。

樹莓布丁

不知道為什麼凍得不太好,味道有些淡,可能是水放多了?

鮮果西米露

家裡沒有椰汁,就放的牛奶和楓糖,比較甜一些。依舊不放白砂糖。

菠蘿椰果布丁

椰果是買的處理好了的,直接加進去做就可以了。上面加了幾勺奧利奧餅乾碎,還有藍莓乾和一顆新鮮藍莓。加了藍莓干味道更好哦~

奧利奧椰汁西米露

純純的椰汁西米露啦!我習慣不放糖,加一些奧利奧會比放糖更甜更好吃~~

藍莓蜂蜜提拉米蘇配青檸酸奶

下午茶~提拉米蘇是大姨做的,味道很不錯~

鮮桃布丁配杏仁海苔

家裡沒有榨汁機,把桃子切成塊加奶煮出來的,味道很淡……

鮮桃布丁2.0

這回是把桃子剁碎,再用勺子一點一點壓成泥做的……有些麻煩,但味道很濃啦!很好吃呢,有小塊的果肉,吃之前擠一些青檸汁會更好~

重頭戲!獼猴桃櫻花牛奶布丁球~~~

綠色的是獼猴桃汁做的,下半部分是牛奶布丁。做的時候先做下半部分,凍好了再做上半部分。失策在容器是凍冰用的冰格,橡膠的,太硬了,布丁擠不出來(一擠就壞了),所以只能這麼吃……【扶額】幸好味道還不錯~

因為是家裡業餘做的,背景什麼的都不是很好……嘛,好吃就好啦~


喜歡吃蛋糕,自己動手做


高顏值的話思慕雪算一款吧。推薦一款火龍果香蕉對稱思慕雪。材料很簡單,只需要一個杯子、四分之一的香蕉,半個火龍果,一瓶酸奶即可。怎麼做,看圖。


椰絲牛奶小方糕

牛奶250g

淡奶油100g

細砂糖40g

玉米澱粉40g

椰蓉適量
