超市的涼拌金針菇是怎麼做的呢?

涼拌金針菇的食材:

金針菇、黃瓜、胡蘿蔔、干辣椒、香葉、蔥、姜、味精、雞粉、生抽、白醋。

涼拌金針菇的做法步驟:

1.將金針菇根部切除,逐根撕開洗凈。胡蘿蔔洗乾淨切絲,黃瓜洗乾淨切絲,蔥姜切片。

2.鍋中加水放入一點鹽,水開後放入金針菇,水再次燒開後撈出沖涼。

3.把金針菇、黃瓜絲和胡蘿蔔絲放入一個容器中,加入少於味精、雞粉、生抽、白醋、辣椒面。

4.鍋中燒油放入一片香葉和蔥薑片,小火把蔥姜榨乾後撈出,把油均勻的澆在辣椒面上,拌勻即可。
