配料;高湯,雞蛋,澱粉,小香蔥,生抽,胡椒,鹽

首先豆腐切塊撒上胡椒和鹽拌勻腌制十分鐘左右,蔥蒜切末,豆腐先裹上澱粉再裹上打好的雞蛋, 熱鍋倒油燒熱後放豆腐,煎至兩面金黃(一定要細心不然豆腐會散的)出鍋,鍋中加入水,高湯,生抽再放入煎好的豆腐,中火慢煮,加入適量水澱粉勾芡加入蔥蒜沫,湯汁濃稠即可出鍋。
