硬筆字不好練習，難長進，怎麼辦？

首先要知道自己為什麼要練字？愛美，追求美。其次是怎樣練字？找對路子，讓老師根據你當前書寫情況指明應該怎麼練。怎麼才能練好字？打牢基礎，紮實推進，用心去做，堅持下去，就沒問題了。

不好練、難長進是因為方法不對。從你的作品看，你還沒掌握書法的相關常識和常理。字寫的好與不好且放一邊，寫字不能往一塊湊，不論那種書體都應該做到疏密有致，正所謂疏可走馬??密不透風，特別是行草書和草書更講究這個，什麼閃展騰挪都得用上才能整篇流美。打個比方，你一定看過大型團體操表演吧！每個上場表演的人員都有固定的位置，不能亂跑亂動往一塊亂湊，也不能自由散漫互不干擾，該緊則緊該聚則聚，該散則散該分則分，這樣才能整體和諧，產生一種整體的配合美表現美，希望你多看看帖子看看那些書法家是怎樣寫字的，你就會茅塞頓開就會突飛猛進，大家共同探討、共同研究、共同提高吧！

硬筆字 想練好 非一朝一夕之功 就拿我臨寫靈飛經來說 練了半年 才寫的稍好一點 平均每天2小時到4小時的臨寫 而且以前是練過幾年龐中華的。所以說硬筆字的學習 也是慢慢提高的
