把青菜處理洗凈後,用大火把禍燒旺(鍋要盡量大點,不然炒菜時不便翻炒,導致菜受熱不均)加入食用油,倒入青菜,然後放點燒酒(燒酒可使青菜不易變黃)快速翻炒,即將裝盤時加入食鹽即可。
