每天喝可口可樂健康嗎?

不健康,以我自身為例說明,從初中開始開始喝可樂,最早開始喝的百事可樂,以後開始可口和百事交替喝,幾乎沒一兩天喝一瓶600ml,尤其是大學期間開始做兼職,錢不再是買可樂的障礙後,更是管不住嘴了,發展到每天一瓶。其實我運動量還可以,跑步,跳繩,羽毛球,但是由於可樂成癮,身體漲到160斤(172cm),一直降不下來~
