烏雞湯有哪些做法，女性喝烏雞湯好不好？

我是一名養生愛好者，天天研究吃喝什麼食材健康長壽。

有一種中成藥叫烏雞白鳳丸，它就是以烏雞為君葯，加其它藥材製成的丸劑，治療女性身體氣血雙虧良藥。

據《本草綱目》記載:"烏雞有補虛勞、止消渴、益產婦、治婦女血崩帶下以及一些虛損諸病。

又據現代醫學研究證明，烏雞含有大量氨基酸、維生素A、礦物質硒、鐵和黑色素，常喝抑制癌症、補血養陰和延緩衰老，是女性朋友的最佳滋補養生湯。

由於烏雞生長期長，成雞需要六個月，飼養量少，價錢比普通雞貴將近一倍。很多家庭捨不得買，錯過了最佳滋補養生湯。

在南陽地區這邊農村，一般用党參代替人蔘煲烏雞湯。党參功效與人蔘不差上下，價錢卻很便宜。

党參烏雞湯做法。

烏雞切塊，滾水淖一下撈出，涼水再沖一下，可以去腥、去雜、去血沫。

高壓鍋加水，放入15克党參和5片生薑，開始煲湯。

湯煲好後，放入少許鹽即可。也可以放白糖，口味更好喝。

注意:煲雞湯時，一定要熟後放鹽，否則，鹽有脫水作用，雞肉在鹹湯中浸泡，組織中的水向外滲透，蛋白質被凝固，雞肉組織變緊，阻礙營養釋放湯中，使雞肉變硬變老，湯營養損失又無鮮香味。
