做做成事好人，

Be a good person, get things well done

A person who wants to be a good person, get things done successfully, he or she needs to have:

1、 志氣，2、大氣，3、骨氣，4勇氣，5、正氣，6、爭氣。

1, ambition, 2, strength, 3, character, 4, courage 5, righteousness,

and, with all these qualities, live up to expectations.

在主觀上要有：紮實的基礎知識；深厚的專業知識；廣博的綜合知識；科學嚴密的邏輯思維方法；全面深入的綜合分析問題的觀點；認真踏實的工作態度；持之以恆的毅力和克服困難的勇氣；在實施中要有時間觀念，但不可以有時間界線；心中要懷有一種對社會高度負責的使命感；不要飄浮於滿足所在單位或者自己的權位；不要首先把回報或者講條件放在前面。這樣才能真正做成一件好事，有所作為。

There must be, subjectively: a solid foundation of knowledge; deep expertise, extensively comprehensive knowledge and practical experience, scientific and strict logical thinking; comprehensive way of anylysing problem; earnest attitude; perseverance and determination to overcome difficulties; time concept but not time boundaries in implementation; highly social responsibility; not float to their position or their own power; not speak of return or conditions first. Therefore, a person can do something successfully.在客觀上：離不開朋友、同事及其它志同道合者在各個方面的合作、支持和幫助，家庭、長輩和親人的關心愛護，母校師長的教導和培養，組織或單位的支持、鼓勵和幫助。

Objectively: cooperation, support and assistance of friends, colleagues and other like-minded people; care and love of family, elders and loved ones; teaching and training of teachers and schools; support, encouragement and help of working place.

個人的能力都是有限的。如果有了一點成功或者成績，做成了一件事，首先應該想到對於別人的感恩！忘記了自己是怎麼成長過來的，就是一個不懂得人情道理的人。

Personal abilities are limited. A person who has a little success or achievement, he or she should thank for others! A person who forgets how he or she is growing up, he or she is not reasonable.

刻苦學習，認真工作，熱誠待人，踏實做人，走自己路！

Study hard, work seriously, treat others sincerely, down to the earth, and go your own way!

要懂得尊重別人，就有了自尊自重。要永遠擺正自己的定位，才不會把自己看得過高過重！
