BASF And Landleaf Create New Vision For Sustainable Buildings In China

巴斯夫與中國上海朗綠建築科技股份有限公司（朗綠科技）簽署戰略合作備忘錄，共同推動可持續發展建築解決方案在中國的應用發展。

BASF and Shanghai Landleaf Architecture Technology Co., Ltd (Landleaf), entered a strategic partnership to advance sustainable construction in China and its future housing development.

根據該備忘錄，巴斯夫將與朗綠科技攜手，共同研發創新建築應用、可持續建築技術以及材料，力爭將其用於更多中國城市綠色建築項目當中。

Under the agreement, the two parties will develop innovative solutions and materials that help save energy and reduce emissions while promoting sustainable urban development in China.

巴斯夫自2015年起與朗綠科技共同推廣綠色建築、技術以及管理服務發展。

BASF has been working with Landleaf to promote energy efficient building and property management since 2015.

朗綠科技在全國多個綠色建築項目中都採用過巴斯夫的一攬子系統解決方案，包括牆體和屋頂的保溫產品及系統，以及地坪系統、防水系統和瓷磚粘貼系統。

BASF』s construction solutions, including insulation solutions for walls and roofs, as well as flooring systems, waterproofing systems and PCI tiling systems, have been used by Landleaf in many of its projects across China.

巴斯夫建築材料及解決方案曾參與過中國多個節能建築項目，其中包括改建與新建項目。

BASF has participated in many leading building energy efficiency projects in China, including the retrofit of existing buildings and construction of new buildings.

2017年，巴斯夫與朗詩綠色集團、朗綠科技共同發起的「綠色蓓蕾行動」在武漢曙光幼兒園改造項目完成並投入使用。

These include a number of sustainable construction and renovation projects for kindergartens which BASF has worked on together with Landsea Group and Landleaf in 2017.

Stanbic Bank Ghana Partners ICBC To Promote Tourism And Trade

標銀迦納與中國工商銀行攜手推進中加旅遊貿易。在「愛購迦納」項下，來迦納旅行的中國遊客持工行卡將可享受精選旅行折扣和特色商戶禮遇。

Stanbic Bank Ghana and the Industrial Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), have joined hands to promote tourism and trade between Ghana and China. Under an initiative called 『I Go Ghana 』 loyalty programme, Chinese tourists who visit Ghana will receive discounts and special offers whenever they use ICBC cards at selected travel, hospitality and lifestyle merchants in the country.

該項目的第一階段將於本周在首都阿克拉上線。「愛購迦納」由標銀集團，標銀迦納子集團，中國工商銀行在迦納旅遊局的協助下共同開展。

The first part of the programme launches in Accra this week. The programme is jointly run by the Standard Bank Group, Stanbic Bank Ghana』s parent group, and ICBC with support from the Ghana Tourism Authority.

China has emerged as a key economic partner for Africa in recent years and through the 『I Go Ghana』 programme, Standard Bank wants to strenghten relations between Ghana and China through trade and tourism. It is good for the tourism industry and the economies of the two countries.

迦納旅遊局負責人 Akwasi Agyeman 表示，「中國一直都是我們迦納旅遊局的重要推介市場，我們已經採取了一些相關舉措，以確保迦納本地有能力接待好來自中國的遊客。

"China remains an important in-bound destination for us at the Ghana Tourism Authority and we have taken appropriate steps and measures to ensure that the local industry is well equipped to host the Chinese traveller."said Akwasi Agyeman, CEO of the Ghana Tourism Authority.

IBM近日宣布，其私有雲解決方案發布不到12個月，在全球已有數百家知名企業和組織採用該平台，

IBM has announced that in less than 12 months since the release of IBM Cloud Private – an open source technology that brings cloud capabilities to organizations running on-premises IT systems – hundreds of leading enterprises worldwide have turned to the platform to help modernize their operations.

包括紐西蘭警察局、中國福耀集團、日本Aflac保險公司、土耳其信用機構KKB和巴西繁徳公司FIS等。

They include New Zealand Police, China"s Fuyao Group, Japan"s Aflac Insurance, Turkey"s credit bureau KKB and Brazil"s FIS.

Apple"s iOS 12.1 release back in September hinted at a new iPad launch before the year is out, and now new details have emerged on exactly what the device might look like.

According to 9to5mac sources familiar with the development of the new 2018 iPad Pro have revealed there will be two WiFi models in both size options, as well as two LTE models in both size options.

新款iPad還將配備面容 ID，使用與iPhone XS、XS Max和XR相同的信號處理器，可以在縱向和橫向屏幕模式下工作。

The new iPad will also come with Face ID, using the same signal processor as the iPhone XS, XS Max and XR, and it』ll work in both portrait and landscape mode.

It』ll have an edge-to-edge display and, like the iPhone, it』s doing away with the Home Button -- and it won』t have a notch.

9to5mac also reports a new version of the Apple Pencil will be released in conjunction with the new iPad, and will be paired to the device by proximity, like AirPods or HomePod.
