1)out of question = impossible

I would need these files. Its out of question.不可能

2) No way 沒門兒， 這個說起來比較有氣勢

No! No way! Thats not going to happen!

3) Under no circumstances =never

注意，否定前置要倒裝句

Under no circumstances will I drink wine tonight

4) fat chance : 非正式的不可能

Fat chance of that happening

5)Not likely =certainly not

You scared her off.

Not likely.
