上海壕世實業有限公司擁有專業的冷熱軋校平、縱剪系列設備：加工冷熱軋不鏽鋼、鋁卷、鍍鋅、彩塗、硅鋼片、馬口鐵帶卷經校平橫切縱剪分條根據用戶需設定長度與寬度的板材定尺裁剪、縱剪加工成一定尺寸的平板，及帶卷以便提供給最終用戶使用。(為滿足更高用戶要求的選擇)

校平設備組成：備料台→上料小車→開卷機→壓引輥→拆帶裝置→直頭壓引→夾送輥初校平機→活套→糾偏對中→精校機→定尺送料→高速剪床→皮帶輸送機→堆料裝置→出料裝置。

滿足生產線工藝，人機介面，PLC觸摸屏技術新穎可靠，系統整體水平較高。

縱剪設備組成：備料台→上料小車→開卷機→校平機→切頭剪→活套儲料坑㈠→糾偏對中→縱剪機→廢邊卷取機→活套儲料坑㈡→分離盤裝置→阻尼壓緊裝置→漲力站→分離壓緊裝置→液壓卷取機→軸頭輔助支撐托架→卸料小車。

控制系統: 全線採用集中PLC控制，人機界面操作，數設數顯，(縱剪運行速度，長度等有PLC觸摸屏

顯示)運行速度高低、點動縱剪、連續縱剪、緊急停止運行、電氣聯動保護裝置等均由操作台控制。
