祝所有墨西哥朋友國家獨立日快樂!

1810年9月16日，墨西哥獨立運動的領導人伊達爾哥(1753-1811年)敲響了教堂的鐘，召來了附近的農民和城市貧民。年近60的伊達爾哥登上講台，莊嚴宣布：「對於我們，國王也好，捐稅也好，再也不存在了。這些可惡的賦稅，是殘暴和奴役的象徵，壓迫了我們3個世紀。」接著，他高聲問道：「你們願意自由嗎?三百年前，可恨的西班牙人奪去了我們祖先的土地，你們願意奪回來嗎?」群眾齊聲高呼：「獨立萬歲!」「絞死殖民強盜!」這就是墨西哥歷史上著名的「多洛雷斯呼聲」，它揭開了墨西哥獨立戰爭的序幕。

在獨立戰爭中，伊達爾哥因叛徒出賣被俘，於1811年7月30日英勇就義。墨西哥人民為了紀念伊達爾哥，就以發出「多洛雷斯呼聲」的日子——9月16日，定為墨西哥獨立日。
