三、以反身代詞為賓語的動詞

在英文中，有些動詞有時需要接反身代詞做賓語（而不是只能接反身代詞），例如：

Absent: 缺席 Why did you absent yourself from the party yesterday?

Avail: 利用 Guests are encouraged to avail themselves of full range of hotel facilities.

Content: 滿足於做某事 He contents himself with a minor role.

Enjoy: 過得愉快 Did you enjoy yourself at the party?

Excuse: 禮貌地告辭 He excused himself and went to his room.

Pride: 引以為榮 She prides herself on her appearance.

Seat: 就坐 She seated herself at her desk.
