18個寫作和口語必備句型

寫在前面

在上面授班的時候，我發現輸出難是比較普遍的問題。學生要麼沒東西說，要麼有東西，但是不知道怎麼表達。

一方面是詞伙的缺乏；

另一方面，即便有詞伙，因為中英轉化的問題，學生往往詞伙記得用，用的方式也不對。

譬如說：人們上班很容易。

很多學生首先不知道上班怎麼說。

有些人知道是travel to work, commute to work, 但是因為中英結構的差異，他如果說people travel to work easier. people are easier to travel to work，都是錯的。

因此，我總結了寫作和口語必備的18個句型和表達，學生熟練使用即可。這個對於基礎弱的學生培養基本的語感很有幫助。

句型一

Have a negative/adverse/notable/damaging/ opposite effect on ...

Have a beneficial/positive effect on ...

Have a positive/significant impact on…

Make a huge difference to

Have a bearing on

使用規則

Effect一般的影響比較短暫，

impact一般是持續的影響。

句型二

It is appropriate/acceptable/difficult/easy/important/possible/necessary/common /unnecessary/ counterproductive for sb. to do sth.

使用規則

it is important for somebody to do something，somebody是do something的邏輯主語。

譬如, 如果你翻譯「教小孩禮貌很重要」，

It is important for children to teach good manners是錯的。

因為小孩不是教good manners，而是家長教，所以要寫成it is important for parents to teach children good manners.

句型三

Something enable/allow/prompt/cause/require /encourage/forbid/force sb. to do sth.

Help somebody (to) do something

使用規則

to do的to不能省略，

而help somebody do something是一個例外。

enable，prompt, encourage, allow一般都用於寫比較正面和積極的東西

句型四

Be important/beneficial/essential/vital/critical/valuable to somebody

Be harmful/detrimental to something

Be of importance, benefit, value to

注意事項

Vital，critical, essential程度比較高，謹慎使用。

句型五

pose a threat to

present a challenge to

cause damage to

使用規則

To是介詞

句型六

choose/decide/fail/intend/tend/prefer/want/seek/attempt/try to do something.

注意事項

這些詞前面不能加are, is或者其他be動詞。

句型七

Something has made it difficult/easy/possible for somebody to do something.

Provide somebody with opportunities to

注意事項

主語不能過長。

somebody是後面do something的邏輯主語。

句型八

Consider it necessary to do something/

Feel the need to do something/

Find it difficult to do something/

Have difficulty in doing something

使用規則

Consider it necessary to do something固定表達，不需要加is

句型九

Somebody is likely/willing/unwilling/able /reluctant to do something

注意事項

不能說somebody is difficult/easy/possible to do something

句型十

Something play a vital/an important role in

Something play a key part in

Something form an important part of

Something hold the key to something

注意事項

不能說play a vital role in somebody to do something

句型十一

Somebody lay emphasis on/ give importance to/ pay closer attention to/ focus on/ give priority to /attach importance to something.

注意事項

這些to都是介詞，後面只能加名詞，或者動名詞。

句型十二

make the most of,

take advantage of,

benefit from,

reap benefits of,

see the advantages of,

make the optimal use of ….

注意事項

Take advantage of 有點貶義

Benefit from不能用被動

句型十三

result in,

lead to,

cause （動）,

is the cause of ,

related to,

contribute to,

responsible for

注意事項

後面加名詞。

不能加動詞、句子、或者[名詞+動詞]的結構

句型十四

make an effort to do,

take steps to do,

take measures to do.,

take action to do,

spend time doing,

invest time and effort in doing something..

注意事項

人或者機構才可以做這些動詞的主語。

句型十五

Be seen/regarded/recognised/treated/ taken/deemed as..

Be famous/well-known for…

句型十六

One benefit/problem/advantage/disadvantage/drawback/reason is that ..

注意事項

一般用在段落首句

句型十七

gain an insight into,

deepen their understanding of,

have a good grasp of,

learn more about,

look closely at,

gain an in-depth knowledge of,

get familiar with

注意事項

不能說play a vital role in somebody to do something

句型十八

believe, argue, accept, think, agree, suggest, realise, know that
