比如我們可以說This is your company/project. Its up to you.

entirely則加強了語氣

注意這裡的everything that he has to say這一句中的has to不是我們常見的have to=不得不做的意思

這裡的has to say意思就是"有可以講的話"

類似的我們可以說Just find out what he has to say.
