在涉及聽力的題型中，類似於Repeat Sentence，或者Retell Lecture，Summarize spoken text，要求同學們聽懂之後快速記錄。除了聽力功底之外，還要具備「速記」技巧。

今天我們來學速記筆記的記法。總體上來說，速記符號主要有以下幾類 :

一、保留大寫字母或第一音節

E：Economy

Edu：Education

C：Culture

P：Politics

H：Health

T：Tourism

En：Environment

I：Industry

A：Agriculture

AD: Advertisement

APT: Apartment

ACC: Accountant

CO.: Company

DISC: Discount

EXCH: Exchange

EXT: Extent

REF: Reference

SEC: Section

INFO：information

INS：insurance

K: Korea

SD: Sweden

SW: Switzerland

二、拿掉母音

ADV: Advice

AMT: Amount

ACPT: Accept

ACDG: According

BLDG: Building

DEPT: Department

MKT: market

MGR: manager

MSG: message

PLS: Please

STD: standard

RCV: receive

RM：room

PL：people

MDL: Model

TKS: Thanks

TRF:Traffic

WT: Weight

WK：week

XL: Extra large

三、簡略縮寫

AFAC ： as far as … is concerned( 就 …… 而言 )

LFT ： look forward to ( 期待 )

ASAP ： as soon as possible( 儘快 )

AMAP：As much/many as possible

IOU：I owe you

I/O：In stead of

四、長單詞的處理辦法

-ism 簡寫為 m 例如：socialism: Sm

-tion 簡寫為 n 例如：standardization (標準化): stdn

-cian 簡寫為 o 例如：technician: techo

-ing 簡寫為 g 例如：marketing (市場營銷): MKTg

-ed 簡寫為 d 例如：accepted: acptd

-ment 簡寫為 mt 例如：amendment: amdmt

-able/ible/ble 簡寫為 bl 例如：available: avbl

-ful 簡寫為 fl 例如：meaningful: mnfl

五、圖像

? 高興，同意，滿意等，如： happy ， pleased ， satisfied ， agree…

◎ 悲傷，生氣，不滿，不同意等，如： sad ， angry ， irritated ， unsatisfied ， sorrowful ， discomfort ， disagree…

⊙ 會議，如 conference ， meeting ， seminar ， symposium…

□ 國家，地區，如：中國：□ C ，俄國：□ R

☆ 重要, 如：important, exemplary, best, outstanding,brilliant

六、符號

﹢高興，男性，同意，增加等，如：happy ， male ， agree ， many ， +2=more ， +3=most ， beneficial ， good ， beautiful ， great ， gorgeous…； ++(+2) 表示「多」的比較級more；+3 表示「多」的最高級most

－悲傷，女性，不同意，減少等，如：sad ， female ， disagree ， little ， few ， -2=less ， -3=least ， lack of ， short of… lack ,in short of, be in shortage of

√同意，正確等，如： agree ， correct ， right， good, famous, well-known, support, certain, affirmative…

×不同意，錯誤，壞等，如： disagree ， incorrect，wrong, incorrect, something bad, notorious, negative …

↑增長，進步等，如： increase ， soar ， mushroom ， rocket ， make progress…

↓下降，退步，惡化等，如 decrease ， sink ， slide ， subside ， plump ， plunge ， drop ， degrade ， deteriorate…

＞多於，超過，比 …… 低一級等，如： more than ， greater than ， bigger than ， better than ， superior to ， surpass ， transcend ， overtake…

＜少於，比 …… 低級等，如： less than ， lower than ， smaller than ， inferior to…

∧ 轉折，如：but, yet, however

～大約，如： approximately ， about ， around ， some ， nearly ， almost ， similar to， or so, approximately…

／否定，清除，如： clear ， settle ， solve ， tackle ， conquer ， eliminate ， extinct…

≠與 …… 不同，如： differ from ， different from ， distinct ， unique…

= 表示「同等」，如：means，that is to say, in other words，the same as，be equal to

$ 金錢，利益，如： interest ， benefit ， money ， fund ， capital…

( ) 表示「在......之間」，如：among, within...

& 表示「和」，「與」， 如：and, together with, along with, accompany, along with，further more

七、標點

? 問題，麻煩，障礙，如： question ， issue ， difficult ， hardship ， barrier ， obstacle…

: 主觀想法和說辭，如： think ， consider ， speak ， say ， talk ， mark ， announce ， declare ， hope ，例： repeat 或 reaffirm 可以用 :2 來替代，聲明支持可以用 + ：來替代，譴責用 - ：

. 表時間前後，如:去年. y;明年 y .;後天 d ..，前天.. d; 兩周後 w .. ; .y表示last year; .2m 表示two month ago

八、實戰舉例

題目：

「女士們，先生們，尊貴的來賓們：

今天我很榮幸能夠代表北京大學全體師生向來自美國教育代表團一行致以熱烈的歡迎，希望你們在今後的兩周內在中國過得愉快。 」
