澳洲移民政策不斷縮緊的今天，就讀IT,會計，工程等專業的學生移民分數越來越高，很多同學畢業後考慮廚師移民的方法。

那麼怎樣才能走上PR這條路呢？

首先廚師技術移民的分數線是60分，也就意味著

- 年齡分25-32 years 30分

- 雅思7分 10分

- Diploma學歷分數 10分

- 澳洲2年學習分數 5分

- 澳洲一年工作經驗分數 5分

通常這是學生湊份的方式，那麼分數夠就可以直接移民嗎？答案是No

無論是畢業生485工作簽還是189技術移民簽證都需要通過TAR(Trades Recognition Australia) 職業評估。

打開TRA的網站可以清楚的看到各項提供的Program，有境內和境外申請的區別。

International Student Job Ready Program 4 stage 最少需要18 Month 需要提供一下材料

Eligibility（第一階段申請資格）

To be eligible to apply for a PSA, you must have:

• held an international student visa to study in Australia
• a qualification relevant to an occupation assessed by TRA awarded by a CRICOS (Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students) registered training organisation as a result of study in Australia
• evidence of a minimum of 360 hours employment and/or a vocational placement relevant to your qualification and nominated occupation that was completed in an Australian workplace within three years prior to the online application.

1，持有有效的學生簽證， IELTS 4個6分，取得澳洲相關學歷，在澳洲工作360小時即可申請Stage 1 ：provisional skills assessment 臨時技術評估，該步完成後可以申請485簽證。該步的評估費用是300澳幣。

A successful PSA Outcome can be used to apply to the Department on Immigration and Border Protection for a Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485), if the occupation assessed appears on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL). It will also enable you to complete Steps 2-4 of the JRP.

如果成功通過TRA技術移民，可以申請458一年半工作簽證，廚師是在MLTSSL清單里的職位，可以開始準備申請Steps 2。

Eligibility（第二階段申請資格）

You must complete at least 1725 hours of paid employment over a minimum of 12 months from your JRE start date in an Australian workplace that has been approved by Trades Recognition Australia.

To be eligible to apply for JRE, you must have:

• a successful PSA outcome
• lodged an application for, or hold a suitable visa which provides sufficient time to complete the full requirements of the JRP (in most cases this will be the Temporary Graduate Visa subclass 485)
• secured employment that meets JRE eligibility requirements as outlined in the JRP Participant Guidelines
• less than 4 months remaining on your student visa.

2， 境內申請人TRA第一步臨時技術評估通過後，如果在澳洲已經帶薪工作12個月（1725小時），申請人已經485簽證，學生簽證有效期短於4個月。可以進入第二步 Job Ready Employment，該步的評估費用是 500 澳幣。

Eligibility（第三階段申請資格）

To be eligible for a JRWA, you must have provided your TRA Liaison Officer (TRA LO) with:

• acceptable pay evidence to support at least 863 hours of paid employment over a minimum of six months that has been registered via the online portal and approved by TRA
• Job Ready Journals for a minimum of six months that have been signed by your nominated supervisor and approved by TRA

3， Job Ready Workplace Assessment，在第二步通過後，TRA可能會約談僱主和申請人，通過面試方式了解申請人情況。並要求提供帶薪工作的證明文件，如果服務多於一個僱主則最少有863小時是為同一僱主服務。該步評估費用是2000澳幣。（每個月在TRA網上提交，6個月需要主管簽字提交）

To be eligible to apply for a JRFA you must have:

• a successful Provisional Skills Assessment outcome (Step 1); and
• a successful Job Ready Workplace Assessment outcome (Step 3)

and provided your TRA Liaison Officer (TRA LO) with:

• acceptable pay evidence to support at least 1725 hours of paid employment over a minimum of 12 months in your nominated occupation that has been registered via the Online Portal and approved by TRA; and
• 12 months of Job Ready Journals signed by your nominated supervisor and approved by TRA

Eligibility（第四階段申請資格）

4， 前三個環節通過後進入最後階段：Job Ready Final Assessment，這一階段主要是進一步認證12個月的工作情況，要滿足1725小時帶薪工作，提交所有的材料費用是150澳幣。

通過TAR認證後可以申請EOI也就是正式走上了189技術移民的道路了。
