從理解上來說，這句話是不是在說特朗普就是那個危險的掌舵手呢？
我們先來看其他例句：
In Sarah, we have a steady to rely on.
→ 莎拉很穩，可以信賴。
In him, the country boast a hope of revival.
→ 有了他，這個國家就有了復興希望。
In him I saw his hope to live.
→ 我在他身上看到了他活下去的希望。
前面四句話（包括例句）中，最後一句話in的用法與前三句都不同——最後一句可以直接翻譯成「在/從他身上），但是前三句都不是這個意思。
我們來改寫以下前三個句子：

而且這個句型也非常適合用來造「隱喻」——《經濟學人》的例句就是隱喻。

什麼是圓周句？
圓周句的英文是periodic sentence，又叫掉尾句，是把最重要的信息放在最後面，把一系列無關緊要的信息放在前面，等到看到最後，才知道作者想說的重點是什麼（有種柳暗花明又一村的感覺）
圓周句中，實質的部分遲遲不出現，造成一種懸念，抓住讀者的吸引力。；隨著句子的展開，逐漸柳暗花明，在句末形成高潮。
注意：圓周句是一個句子，小編摘下的《經濟學人》例句雖然不是一個句子，但是他的layout形式以及造成的效果（懸念），與圓周句非常像（且叫他圓周段吧）
圓周句舉例：
