When I was a little boy in middle school, I always had a same dream that I am on the top of a high-rise, someone without a name constrain me to jump off from the large building and I do not dare to， because of my fear.

（當我還是一個孩子上初中的時候，總是做同一個噩夢：在摩天大樓的頂層，一個陌生人脅迫我從大廈上面跳下去；我很害怕、不敢跳。）

One day I woke up suddenly from the nightmare, I was angry for my weakness , but I made up my mind that next time I will do it.

（一天我又一次從噩夢中驚醒，我為自己的懦弱而感到憤怒。於是我下定決心，下次我一定要跳。）

A couple weeks later, when I had the dream again, I jump from the skyscraper with courage finally and woke up in the falling with all my body sweating.

（幾個星期以後，我當我又來到夢境的時候，我終於鼓起勇氣從摩天大樓上面縱身一跳。當我在最失重無助的時候從夢中驚醒，這時已經滿身是汗。）

From then on I did not have the same dream anymore and I am very proud of my courage. I also know I will be a men who can defeat himself constantly and I will be a men who can face difficulty directly.

（從那以後，我再也不做這個夢了，為我的勇氣而感到驕傲。我也知道我會成為一個不斷進步、超越自己的人，我會成為一個敢於直面困難的人。）

Everyone would have a tough time and so do I. These days I was in a storm inside and outside but I know if I just hang in there, everything gonna be fine and everything will work out for me.

(我知道每個人都有自己非常艱難的時刻，像我一樣。這些日子，內外交困，但我知道只要自己。一切都會好的、一定都會好的)

Everytime I look at me in a mirror and I talk to myself that I will make it no matter what happens. Man ,go for it, you can be it; what you need to do right now is to keep a faith in yourself.

（每次我看著鏡子里的自己，就會告訴自己：無論發生什麼，我會渡過難關的。Man，加油，你能行的；現在要做是一定要相信自己）
