Used to play MOBA games like DOTA 2 or League of Legends, and experience a comeback on the verge of defeat? Then you definitely know how it felt once you made it.

But for your rivals, your great fight-back is a sudden death, like what you have witnessed from the game between Switzerland and Serbia. This time, the neutral countrys team was not neutral, but won the last stand fight.

What is the beauty of a match between tier-two teams? This is it.

You planned an early strike, but anything didnt kill the other side, made them stronger - even strong enough to wreak havoc in return.

This dramatic match happened in Kaliningrad, only 40 kilometres away from Serbias base. That convenience, plus the support by the Russian football fans, made Serbians almost the home team at the Kaliningrad Stadium.

Before the explosive forward from the Stoke City, Xherdan Shaqiri, beat the offside trap and scored the last-minute game-winner, Serbians were infinitely close to a tie which was still acceptable for them.

They had already been struck by Xhakas thunder-like equaliser, but the one by Shaqiri killed them like a nightmare.

Now, Switzerland almost steps into the 16 seeds club, whose advantageous position couldve belonged to Serbia.

Fairly speaking, both team dominated half of the game - Serbias Centre Aleksandar Mitrovic inflicted the Swiss at the starting stage of the match (in the 5th minute), showing the resolution of their team, although their energy diminished over time, especially in the second half. They tried to set the tone with a full-of-hustle game, but Swiss adapted to their pace and responded with poise later.

Apart from defying the possibility of entering the knockouts, many players from Switzerland have justified their value through the course of the game. Shaqiri, the previous Bayern Munich player, ending up in a team downgraded to the secondary league (Stoke City), now has proven that he deserves a return to any top-notch team.

Just like Shaqiri, with a brilliant goal pulling back the team, Arsenal midfielder Xhaka (No.10) is believed to play in one of the best teams of the Premier League with no fluke.

For Serbia, this is the worst result they could anticipate. The loss leaves them no choice but beating Brazil in the last game in the group. To progress, the Serbians have to go all-in.

But dont panic, Serbia fans.

Brazil has just waded through a hard match against Costa Rica, showing no compelling competence but some luck. They took away the win with two goals during the injury time.

Given that, we are really looking forward to a grand collision between a hard-core physical team and a skillful Latin team.
