Just a sec 是非常口語的說法，表示等等、等一下。那麼還有哪些類似的表達方式呢？

例子：

對於任何比較誇張的行為,你希望別人收斂一點、程度輕一點等等，都可以這麼說。

例子：

如果你的朋友唱歌吵到你了。你可以說: "Hey take it down a notch！"
