死亡詩社,1989拍攝完成,電影大背景是是建立在美國50年代末開始的教育改革到60-70年代的課程改革,到最後八十年代的全新教育改革,教育理念的重大轉變就是這個影片所背負的時代大背景,這是一部傳遞靈魂力量的影片,榮思期望能和大家分享這種力量。

中國,從古至今從來不是一個漠視教育的國土,可是為什麼直到今天,我們的教育體系任然不能培養出來具備獨立人格獨具靈魂的個體呢?

榮思認為,我們需勇氣和態度去面對改革,去培養和發現屬於學生個體的靈魂,

榮思認為:教育的根本在於培養學生學會自我思考,發覺自我,實現自我。

讓我們來一起說說《死亡詩社》,在一張已故校友的畢業照前基汀開始了他的第一課:carpe diem(拉丁語,意為抓緊時間,及時行樂),sezie the day,make your lives extraordinary。(抓緊時間,讓你的生活與眾不同)就這樣開始了他不同尋常的課程,讓學生們撕去了猶如聖經般的教科書上伊凡所寫的前言,告訴他們詩歌是美麗的,浪漫的,我們為他而活;讓學生們站在課桌上叫他們用自己的眼光看待世界,無論這是否看起來愚蠢或者不正確,你必須要嘗試;在操場上踢球前每人大聲朗誦一句詩;逼迫膽小的托德傾瀉出內心真正的詩句。學生們被感染了,並追隨著基汀的腳步創建了自己的死亡詩社。

基丁老師用他所特有的方式帶領學生去體驗,帶領學生去探求自己的節奏,開拓學生們的眼界,啟發學生們的思考,引導學生們的思想,讓學生們不再死板地墨守成規,而是釋放屬於自己的人生價值!

他們開始有勇氣去追求自我的價值,尋找自己所喜愛的事物並付出不懈努力去對之追逐。

「死亡詩社」代表著一種對身為人,身為個體的獨立態度。

整部影片沒有跌宕起伏的情節波動,沒有令人震撼的宏大場面,沒有熱血沸騰的動作大戲,她是那麼的樸素,樸素的開場,樸素的敘事,樸素的場景,樸素的演員,每一個鏡頭都像一幅淡雅的素描,離生活很近,與真實不遠。但她又是那麼的富有力量,有力的情節推進,有力的台詞語言,有力的思想內涵,每一句台詞和每一個人物,都用詩意的方式傳遞關於人生、關於生活的真諦。「抓緊時間,孩子,讓你的人生不同尋常!」、「站上講台,用不同的眼光看待世界」、「及時採擷你的花蕾,舊時光一去不回」......如此這般的詩句,如此這般的態度,如此這般的思想,讓這部影片非同尋常。

這部影片獲得了那一年的金球獎最佳劇本獎,實至名歸。

下面,榮思想要給大家看看那些貌似平凡詩集的出處。

寫在詩社」寶書」的扉頁上的那段話來自美國作家THOREAU(1818-1862)的《瓦爾登湖》.

1845年,28歲的THOREAU在好友EMERSON的林地里的WALDEN湖畔蓋了座木屋住下,此後兩年多里他過著清心寡欲,自給自足的生活,並時常記下自己的所思所想所悟,於是就有了這樣一本書.

I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. I did not wish to live what was not life, living is so dear; nor did I wish to practise resignation, unless it was quite necessary. I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life, to live so sturdily and Spartan-like as to put to rout all that was not life, to cut a broad swath and shave close, to drive life into a corner, and reduce it to its lowest terms, and, if it proved to be mean, why then to get the whole and genuine meanness of it, and publish its meanness to the world; or if it were sublime, to know it by experience, and be able to give a true account of it in my next excursion. For most men, it appears to me, are in a strange uncertainty about it, whether it is of the devil or of God, and have somewhat hastily concluded that it is the chief end of man here to "glorify God and enjoy him forever."

ROBIN WILLIAMS念的《哦,船長!我的船長!》是紀念大鬍子林肯的,WHITMAN(1819-1892)原作,出自《草葉集:紀念林肯總統》LEAVES OF GRASS:Memories of President Lincoln.

WHITMAN的詩還是挺好懂的.他活在一個人們可以自由自在地理直氣壯地粗俗的時代,粗俗得純粹,粗俗得磅礴,粗俗得欣欣向榮,粗俗得可愛之極.之後美國文學便由浪漫主義轉入現實主義, 從W.D.HOWELLS到MARK TWAIN到HENRY JAMES到JACK LONDON主題漸漸深沉,情節漸漸複雜,作家那支筆也漸漸拖泥帶水起來.隨後的自然主義作品行文雖稍稍鬆了口氣,主題卻達到了凝重的極至.WHITMAN的時代一去不返.

O CAPTAIN! MY CAPTAIN!

O Captain! my Captain! our fearful trip is done, The ship has weatherd every rack, the prize we sought is won, The port is near, the bells I hear, the people all exulting, While follow eyes the steady keel, the vessel grim and daring;

But O heart! heart! heart! O the bleeding drops of red, Where on the deck my Captain lies, Fallen cold and dead.

My Captain does not answer, his lips are pale and still, My father does not feel my arm, he has no pulse nor will, The ship is anchord safe and sound, its voyage closed and done, From fearful trip the victor ship comes in with object won: Exult O shores, and ring O bells! But I with mournful tread, Walk the deck my Captain lies, Fallen cold and dead.

ROBERT FROST(1874-1963)的詩,FROST是個大器晚成的人,11歲喪父後隨母遷居新英格蘭,曾在哈佛求學,但學業未竟.1900-1909年,他閑居鄉里,,養雞,喝酒,種田,寫詩,度過一段愜意卻挺沒出息的生活.1912年他去了LONDON,結識了初期意象派詩人F.S.FLINT,EZRA POUND,EDWARD THOMAS等人.

1913年,他發表了第一部詩集A BOY』S WISH,從此開始了他的詩人生涯,隨即一路發達:中年時擔任哈佛的詩學教授,4次獲得普利策獎,成為美國最負聲名的詩人.FROST認為作家的職責在於說出」人民所明白卻說不出來的東西」.他常以新英格蘭的點點滴滴為題材作詩, 從生活中汲取象徵和隱喻,並將當地的口語語言融入詩的表現風格,因此作品顯的平朴而恬淡,意味卻深遠.

最後還要提到的是莎士比亞的第18號十四行詩和拜倫的」她在美中步履姍姍」.當死亡詩社山洞裡來了兩個女生時,兩個男生為恭維她們甩出的漂亮句子實際上來自於這兩首不朽佳作.
