沙拉:Citrus Summer Salad柑橘夏日沙拉

Ingredients材料

For 2-3 people

4-6 citrus fruit pieces – preferably a mix of oranges, blood oranges, grapefruits and tangerines

3-4 tbsp of Feta Cheese

1 medium-sized Red Onion, finely diced

1 bulb of fennel, thinly sliced into long strips (「julienned」)

1 dollop of Dijon Mustard.

Olive oil

1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

可製作2 - 3人份

4 - 6個柑橘類水果塊——最好的橙子、血橙、柚子和橘子

3 - 4湯匙的羊乳酪

1中型紅洋蔥,細細切成小方塊

1球茴香,薄片為長條狀(切成絲的)

1匙的第戎芥末。

少許橄欖油

1湯匙黑醋

鹽和胡椒粉,調味

Method製作方法

1. Cut the fruits, across the segment, into slices approximately 0.5 cm thick

2. Cut the skin from each slice, removing any seeds and stem as you do so.

3. Place the diced onion into a bowl. Put the fruit slices into a strainer and place this on top of the bowl – any citrus juice that drips into the bowl will soften the raw onion.

4. Place the fruit slices on a plate and arrange the fennel on top. Scatter the onion over the plate, leaving any juice in the bowl. Combine the balsamic vinegar, mustard and olive oil with the juice. Season.

5. Drizzle this dressing over the salad and finish by scattering the feta on top.

1。把柑橘去皮,切分成大約0.5厘米厚的片狀。

2。把每個片,去除籽和經脈。

3。將洋蔥絲放進碗里,再把柑橘片放入一個篩子上,讓柑桔汁滴到碗內將軟化生洋蔥絲。這個方法可以避免沙拉做好後醬汁溢出,換可以讓洋蔥吸收柑橘汁軟化洋蔥的口感。

4。把柑橘片和茴香絲,洋蔥,混合。淋上香醋、芥末汁和橄欖油。

5。最後撒上羊乳酪。即成
