雙語：研究表明：男性和女性思維方式沒有區別

　　Indeed, the theory that we are all hard-wired by our gender hasproved so popular that a book on the subject, Men Are From Mars, WomenAre From Venus, became an international best-seller。

　　Professor Gina Rippon, a leading neuroscientist, said that women"sbrain power is no different to men』s after all and we are actuallyincredibly similar when it comes to intellect, according to the DailyMail of September 13.

　　Gina Rippon also said the idea that our brains are controlled by our gender is outdated and wrong,

　　She has even accused researchers of producing findings that can beused to support the old prejudice that women are not men"s intellectualequals. "This is nonsense. There may be some very small differencesbetween the genders but the similarities are far, far greater. Besides,there is increasing concern within the neuroscience community about themisinterpretation and abuse of our findings on the links between brainstructure and behaviour," she said。

　　However, the professor from Aston University in Birmingham, arguesthat although today"s researchers can observe the minute workings of thebrain, they are still asking questions that appear to be inspired byold-fashioned male-female stereotypes。

　　據《每日郵報》9月13日報道，如今有一位著名神經學家吉娜?里彭教授稱，女性大腦能力與男性大腦能力根本不存在差異。當談到智慧問題時，男女相似度高到讓人難以置信的程度。

　　吉娜?里彭還說大腦完全由性別決定的理論已經過時，而且是錯誤的。

　　她甚至指責那些性別差異理論製造者，說他們的理論支持由來已久對男女性別的偏見，那就是女性的智慧從來不及男性。她說：「簡直是胡說八道，性別可能會造成男女之間一些微小的差異，但是相同之處要遠遠大於不同之處。而且，在神經科學領域中，人們越來越關注對於大腦結構和行為之間聯繫的誤解和濫用。」

　　然而，來自英國伯明翰的阿斯頓大學的教授卻認為，雖然現代的研究人員可以時刻對大腦的運作進行觀察，但是他們依然會提出有關男女性別的問題，而這些問題似乎也是由於人們對傳統的男性和女性的刻板印象引起的。
