like the surface of a pond

and youll see the fish

swim through

the clouds and the fronds

慢下來，Life，慢下來

緩如一池春水

看雲的倒影和水草纏綿

小魚也游的自在

Be Still like a small snail

snoozing in the sun

and youll spot its shadow

growing long, longer,

much l o n n g e r...

慢下來，像只小蝸牛

在太陽下打盹兒

然後影子啊

一點點拉長，變更長，

又更長…

Now let us look at the leaves in the trees

Do you see how they sway in the whispering breeze?

can you hear each leaf move?

can you hear those breaking free?

They go wheeeeee！

And what about the sky stretching out beyond those leaves?

if the sky had a song, what do you think it would sing?

仰著臉看樹上的葉子

葉子們在風的細語里搖啊搖

能聽到每片葉子的搖晃嗎？

那些調皮跳脫的呢？

葉子輕輕一躍，跳下枝頭，咻～

原本的天空被拉長了一丟丟

哦，如果天空會唱歌，它在哼什麼？
