8個英文面試常問問題——面試必讀

最近小編的幾位好友競相要求為他們撰寫英文自我介紹，作為一名半路出家的HR兼骨灰級英語愛好者，是時候出一篇系統的英語面試文章利益眾生了。文章例舉面試中常問問題，以及回答問題的技巧。讀者在實際操作中可根據回答模型做適當調整即可。

1.Tell me a little bit about yourself . 介紹你自己。

村姑翠花：

I was born in a small town in Hunan Province .Where I aslo went to high school.I studied International Economics and Trade at university and then ,so ,after I graduated ,I worked for an Import and Export company in Shenzhen for one year .Which was great fun.

海龜史蒂芬妮：

I』ve always love learning and teaching English .So I suppose it』s natural that I become an English teacher .I』ve worked in a variety of roles and companies .Which I』ve learned a lot from .But now I am ready for new chanllenge.

對比以上兩種回答方式，第一種操作方式是我們常用的中式英文自我介紹。我們顯然已經形成一種思維，談到英文自我介紹，就羅列名字，年齡，家鄉，畢業院校，專業和工作經驗等等。這樣做並沒有錯，對比第二波操作，顯然翠花的回答顯得不言簡意賅，她所羅列的一切都是簡歷上可以得到的信息。而海龜開門見山點出具備技能 learning and teaching English，緊接著一筆帶過工作經驗，結尾表明自己對新工作的態度。相比之下，第二種是更符合邏輯的精簡的回答方式。在以後的面試過程中，無論中英文面試，遇到自我介紹的問題，可以嘗試根據自己的工作和人生經驗提煉更自然更精簡的回答。切忌千篇一律羅列家鄉，畢業院校，工作經驗等等。

2.Where do you see yourself in five years ? 五年後的規劃

I dont know exactly .But the most important thing is that I continue to learn and grow in my career .Im the kind of person who needs new challenges to stay focused.I might even start my own business.because thats something Ive always wanted to do at some point in my life .

遇見這種問題盡量採用與自我介紹同樣的原則，精簡，有邏輯，能突出重點。

3.What are your strengths and weaknesses? 優缺點

Firstly,Im very good at working with other people .For example.In my last ob,I always tried to encourage my colleagues and create a good atmosphere.On the other hand ,I suppose I can be a little bit careless sometimes.because Im not the kind of person who focuses on details.Coming back to strengths.Im very calm,and I can keep a cool head in very stressful situations.

回答這類問題，加上（firstly,for instance,finally)導向詞，讓回答顯得更清晰，更具邏輯。這樣的方法同樣適用雅思口語考試。

4.What is your leader ship style ?領導力風格

First of all,Im quite a hands-off manager ,For instance,if one of my team has a proect.Ill keep an eye on things,But I dont need to be involved in every detail . Im also very approachable.in that I make sure my team know they can come to me with problems or questions at any time .Finally I like to lead from the front .That means that if everyones working late to meet a deadline,I make sure Im there with them.

同樣的道理，使用導向詞，讓上下文非常連貫，思路清晰。

5.Tell me about a time you dealt with a challenging situation at work.

闡述曾經遇到的具有挑戰性的工作

Situation:Once,We realised three days before a proect dealine that two of our teams were using incompatible software tools.

Task: As the project manager ,I had to find a way to deal with this without causing any delays .

Action:I talked to both team leaders and we made a plan for one team to convert their work into a different format,With help from some staff from other departments.

Result:It was very close but we managed to get everything done on time .

6.Can you tell me about a time when you demonstrated excellent customer service?

Situation:There was one time when a customers order hadnt arrived .and we didnt know what had happened to it .

Task: The customer was very unhappy.and I had to try to solve the problem for him .

Action: I arranged for a replacement to be sent,thinking we could find out what happened to the previous order later.

Result: In the end .The customer was happy that I could solve his problem quickly and simply.

以上兩個問題的回答採用面試中常用的STAR面試方法。

S-Situation.事情是在什麼情況下發生。

T-Task: 你是如何明確你的任務的。

A-Action: 針對這樣的情況分析，你採用了什麼行動方式。

R-Result: 結果怎樣，在這樣的情況下你學習到了什麼。

簡而言之，STAR法則，就是一種講述自己故事的方式，或者說，是一個清晰、條理的作文模板。不管是什麼，合理熟練運用此法則，可以輕鬆的對面試官描述事物的邏輯方式，表現出自己分析闡述問題的清晰性、條理性和邏輯性。

7.Why do you want this job? 為什麼應聘這份工作？

Creativity is very important to me .and Ive always wanted to work in an environment where I can innovate and find my own solutions to challenges.I also feel that your company will continue to evolve in the future,and I like the idea of contributing to that development .

8.Why should we hire you ? 我們為什麼要僱傭你？ (以客服為例）

I believe that great customer service starts with good communication,which is a strength of mine .I also think that in customer service.you need to care about what youre doing .I care about helping others and as such I believe you would find me to be a respectful and effective team member who can fit with the established traditions of your company .
