伊斯法罕烤肉成為伊朗國家文化遺產

在伊朗，最日常的家常菜是烤肉，一般來說配烤肉都是藏紅花米飯。烤肉的波斯語（ ）音譯叫「卡巴比」或「卡巴巴」。用牛羊肉餡配伊朗調料等攪拌，然後穿串烤。除了牛羊肉餡烤肉，還有雞肉串烤肉。烤肉（卡巴比）被伊朗人公認最受歡迎的美食之一。

近日，伊朗媒體報道：在著名旅遊城市伊斯法罕將Golpayegan Kebab 列為國家遺產。據伊斯法罕官員介紹，Golpayegan Kebab烤肉會成為旅遊品牌，吸引各地人們來品嘗。

"Golpayegan Kebab will soon be registered in the countrys national heritage list due to the warm welcome given to the National Kebab Festival and our following pursuits,」 the general director of the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts, and Tourism of Isfahan province said.

Isfahan (IMNA) - "Golpayegan is famous for its historical and tourism monuments at the national and international levels. In addition, it is one of the most important counties of the province in terms of cultural heritages; it has over 20,000 petroglyphs in Qarqab and Kucheri. The county has a large number of handicrafts and is ranked the best Isfahan`s county in this regard," Fereydoun Allahyari said.

Expressing that Golpayegan has hidden capacities in tourism, historical, and natural areas, he emphasized, "Golpayegan』s Kebab, as a brand, can play an important role in the tourism industry."
