Poach chicken wing (海南, fry, barbeque, honey garlic)

+ lemon (1) //cut in half

+ ginger slice

+ green onion

+ salt

> boil

+ chicken wing

> after boil again cut off heat and poach (40 minutes)

> serve with 蔥油 (ginger, green onion, oil), soy sauce
