Egg with Tomato」(西紅柿炒雞蛋)、「Egg plants with Garlic Sauce」(魚香茄子),明年1月底,北京市餐飲飯店中的數千種菜品、酒水將擁有統一規範的「英文名」。據了解,北京市首次針對餐飲菜單規範英文譯法的工作目前已基本完成,數千種菜品、酒水的英文翻譯將從12月20日開始對外公布,邀請市民參與補充建議。等待市民評判補充的北京市餐飲英文菜單涉及冷盤、熱菜、羹湯、主食、小吃、西餐、甜品、中國酒、洋酒、飲料等多個品類,數千種菜品酒水,僅飲料目前已搜集到的就有兩百多種。北京市餐飲菜單的英文譯法計劃在明年1月底推出,屆時不僅北京市旅遊局計劃向全市星級酒店餐廳推廣,而且還將為計劃推出雙語菜單的餐飲企業提供參考。以下內容摘自《北京市餐飲業菜單英文譯法》(討論稿)部分中國菜的英文譯名。主食、小吃類部分:(1)X.O.炒蘿蔔糕Turnip
