調味料 :米酒,生抽,老抽,糖,雞湯,麻油。www.stnn.cc
做法 :
1、兩大匙油燒熱,加入蒜粒炒至呈金黃色,撈起備用;
2、余油里加入一大匙糖熬成褐色,
3、放進雞塊翻炒至上色,加入筍,香菇,米酒,麻油拌炒,注入一碗雞湯,放進栗子,紅棗,上蓋燜煮30分鐘,加生抽,老抽,蒜粒,轉旺火翻炒至湯汁收干
4、將所有材料移入砂鍋拌炒片刻,上蓋,延鍋蓋邊沿淋一大匙米酒,燜4-5分鐘即可。
