　　北京時間2016年8月13日，據官方聲明，體育仲裁法庭根據《反興奮劑條例》，公布了里約奧運會第一個判決結果，中國運動員陳欣怡目前正在等待B瓶檢測結果，兩名外國運動員已經禁賽。

　　按照奧組委葯檢的要求，體育仲裁法庭根據《反興奮劑條例》，在今天早上做出如下判決：

　　1.波蘭舉重94公斤級選手，托馬斯-傑林斯基在反興奮劑檢測中，尿檢呈現陽性，禁止繼續參加2016奧運會。

　　2.中國游泳運動員陳欣怡，所參加的50米自由泳和100米蝶泳比賽中，葯檢呈現陽性。已向國際奧委會提交了B瓶檢測和召開聽證會的申請，目前自願接受禁賽。

　　3.保加利亞田徑運動員西爾維婭-達尼科娃，葯檢呈現陽性，被禁止繼續參加2016奧運會。
