But it is doing in a manner that is acceptable to its partners. China is not demanding allegiance nor subservience. Unlike America which insists on putting boots on the ground and declares "if you are not with us you are against us" and "we will send you into stone age" i.e. if countries refuse to play "ball". this is blatant flaunting of power directed at weak countries. the destruction of Iraq in the infamous "Shock and Awe" campaign will be remembered by history. America is in Afghanistan trying to "pacify" that country. At one time had a large number of military there. now only 14000 personnel are operating. Lots of money has been spent. Lots of lives have been lost. Nothing much achieved except hatred for America.
