據港媒消息，2013香港小姐競選昨晚11點出爐，冠軍由賽前呼聲最高的17號佳麗陳凱琳順利抱回，她同時也拿下最上鏡小姐獎，不過她身高163公分僅約40公斤，上圍只有30A，堪稱近年胸部最平的冠軍。

港姐胸部備受討論的陳凱琳，表示勝在問答環節，覺得身材不是自己缺點，反而讓她愈戰愈勇。陳凱琳的獲勝，引起廣大網友熱議，很多人認為「胸部大小不是評判一個人的標準，她好漂亮，還有氣質！」更有人以鄭秀文為例，稱鄭秀文也是平胸，可人家很紅！大家不禁慨嘆，原來平胸女也有春天。
