Advises careerstrategist Daisy Swan, "If you see something has gone awry, be sure tobe proactive. Talk to the people you report to, and with, and be upfrontwith what happened."

If all you do is accept the teasing, you will getbumped to the bottom of the food chain and that will make you totallyineffective. Get yourself back to fighting shape as quickly aspossible."

Be sure that you focus on your ownperformance and responsibilities so as to avoid blaming or burdeningothers。
