昨天，終於讀完了《ant encounters》

有想過自己翻譯一些英文詩，下面是葉芝的《Down by the Salley》

Down by the Salley 應該是個花園的名字「賽利」 gardens

漫步賽利花園

down by the salley gardens my love and I did meet

漫步在賽利花園裡， 我遇到了我的愛人

She passed the salley gardens with little snow-white feet

她赤裸著雪白的雙腳走過賽利花園

She bid me take love easy, as the leaves grow on the tree

她告訴我，要我輕鬆地去愛，就像樹葉長在樹梢上一樣，悄無聲息

But I, being young and foolish, with her would not agree

但是， 我年輕又愚蠢，並沒有將它放在心上

In a field by the river my love and I did stand

我和我的愛人站在河邊的空地上

And on my leaning shoulder she laid her snow-white hand

她將她那雪白的手搭在我的肩膀上

She bid me take life easy, as the grass grows in the weirs

她告訴我，要我輕鬆地去生活，就像草長在草地上一樣，自然隨意

But I was young and foolish, and now am full of tears

但是，當時的我啊，年輕又愚蠢；
