From mix drink to the science of Mixology.

Thats the reason why I chose this career before: after owing the habits of writing and reading, I want to have deep understanding to the things I love. Actually, thanks to the available internet, the cost we have to pay on the learning is greatly less, from book, video, and class....If we have the attention to know, to learn, these learning chances just stay front of us.

But, then?

After theory on the surface, how should we dive into it and practice? It makes sense with excellent persons shouldnt have only one way to go----if you like teaching, you could be a teacher; if you want to learn more things and do the study, you needt be forced to leave.

For sure, to work, [attention of love] is the most important factor. Only when you love it, you would have long term sight....instead of money on the head.

Because of the reasons above, I wouldnt call the people merely know how to mix standard drinks behind the stick/bar, that is, bartender.

Only who thoroughly understand the theory behind mixing ingredients to achieve balance in the drinks and marry flavors successfully, can be called, bartender, or cocktailian in my mind. The science of Mixology is also the aim I want to achieve.
