視頻批改的是學生TPO 1 的習作：

The passage believe that a four-day workweek will benefit the economy as a whole as well as the individual companies and the employees with four-fifths normal pay. However, the professor in the lecture holds a totally different view that the less work time wouldnt benefit anyone of companies or employees.

Firstly, the passage says that companies will get more profits since employees feel more rested and alert and work more effectively. But lecture points out that companies will spend more budget on the more computer facilities, medical benefits, work spaces and trainning costs.

Secondly, the passage claim that the policy may reduce unemployment rates for more work opportunities. In contrast, the lecture refutes the idea completely. Because companies will prefer employees who can work for 5 days for hiring new staff is too expensive, and more employees will choose double jobs, that cant reduce unemployment rates. In addition, work intensity may increase because of higher expectation of companies.

Last, the passage suggests that the more private time will be used for improving the quality of employees life. The lecture argues against the passage because people with 4-day workweek will endure the risk of losing jobs during economic depression. And they will have less chance to promotion since companies wish that managers could be on duty every work day.
