傳說中的「猴年馬月」今年終於要來啦。

    猴年馬月，是常用的中國成語，意思是指未來不可預見的日子，也表示事情的前景尚未可知或機會渺茫。不過，隨著2016年的來臨，這個遙遙無期的日子終於來啦！

    根據中國農曆演算法，每個生肖動物不僅代表一年，還代表一個月，比如鼠對應的是農曆11月，牛對應的是農曆12月，虎對應農曆1月。因此，今年（猴年）的馬月是從6月5日到7月3日。

    "Horsemonth of the Monkey year", or Hou Nian Ma Yue, is commonly used Chineseslang that refers to a date far in the unforeseeable future. It also indicatesthat something cannot be done within a predictable period of time and that thechance of success is slim. However, as the year 2016 comes, this seeminglydistant month is coming for real.

    Based on the Chinese lunar calendar, eachanimal in the zodiac not only represents one year, but also symbolizes aparticular month in a year. For example, "rat" corresponds to 11thmonth in a lunar year, and "ox" refer to the 12th while the month ofthe tiger is the 1st month. Therefore, the month of the horse this year - theYear of Monkey- falls from June 5 to July 3 in 2016.
