中國發展諮詢業的作用意義將更加突出
企業日益面臨著嚴重的挑戰,在融入全球一體化的同時,還必須妥善處理過去計劃經濟遺留下來的企業管理不適應國內外兩個市場競爭環境的後遺症。隨著競爭加劇,中國企業必然會加速成長,眾多企業現在已經開始認識到自身必須首先具備良好的發展基礎,一批企業也開始了對最佳發展實踐的追求。參照國際企業的發展趨勢以及企業環境的不斷變化,企業將會進行持續的變革,尤其是實現企業戰略、組織、業務及信息技術的持續改善。這些對於現階段的企業發展來說,是需要認真對待的。因此,企業對發展基礎的諮詢,將會放在極其重要的位置。長期以來,我國企業的發展水平就很低,與世界發展水平還存在很大的差距。而加入全球企業的競爭更是企業管理水平的競爭,中國企業必須加大力度努力提高自己的諮詢水平。
