從我的角度，其實是覺得值得學習的一篇英文文章，學下地道的美領袖如何地道的表達美式想法，但看到評論發現自己真的尷尬得不行~，這個世界怎麼啦？被輪為泡轟對象的美總統不屑他的人民，任性，有性格，後生佩服啊！

美國總統特朗普發了一篇Twitter，宣布取消原定於下個月跟金正恩在新加坡舉行的會面：

Dear Mr. Chairman:

尊敬的委員長先生：

We greatly appreciate your time, patience, and effort with respect to our recent negotiations and discussions relative to a summit long sought by both parties, which was scheduled to take place on June 12 in Singapore.

我們非常感激您近期付出的時間和努力，以及為最近的會談做出的準備。

with respect to 關於；

summit [?s?m?t] 峰會；

We were informed that the meeting was requested by North Korea, but that to us is totally irrelevant. I was very much looking forward to being there with you.

這次會談是朝方提出的請求，但是我們並不是在意誰發出的，我非常希望能和您在新加坡見面。

Sadly, based on the tremendous anger and open hostility displayed in your most recent statement, I feel it is inappropriate, at this time, to have this long-planned meeting.

但很遺憾，貴國在最近的言論中充滿了憤怒和敵意，我感覺在這個時間節點組織這次會晤並不是很合適。

Therefore, please let this letter to serve to represent that the Singapore summit, for the good of both parties, but to the detriment of the world, will not take place.

所以，特寫此信告知，為了雙方的利益，這次峰會將被取消。

You talk about your nuclear capabilities, but ours are so massive and powerful that I pray to God they will never have to be used.

l felt a wonderful dialogue was building up between you and me, and ultimately, it is only that dialogue that matters. Some day, I look very much forward to meeting you.

我感到我們之間會建一段非常有意思的對話，而且這段對話是非常關鍵的。我們肯定還會在未來某天相會。

In the meantime, I want to thank you for the release of the hostages who are now home with their families. That was a beautiful gesture and was very much appreciated.

If you change your mind having to do with this most important summit, please do not hesitate to call me or write. The world, and North Korea in particular, has lost a great opportunity for lasting peace and great prosperity and wealth. This missed opportunity is a truly sad moment in history.

如果你對這次峰會改變了想法，可以隨時給我致電或者寫信。世界失去了一次永久和平、共同繁榮的機會，真的是人類歷史上的一大損失。

下面的網友炸開了鍋，有位「老師」首先給特朗普的這封信打了個不及格的評分，並且指出了很多語句不當或者措辭不當：

眾所周知，特朗普是Twitter治國的典範，每天都要發很多條推文，而且還會看評論區，而且對於那些比較惡意的評論進行拉黑處理。

但是，從去年6月份開始，哥倫比亞大學奈特第一修正案研究所代表7名被特朗普拉黑的原告起訴，稱推特是公共論壇，特朗普拉黑舉動侵犯公民言論自由。

更何況，還有白宮官方給特朗普推特蓋公章的「實錘」。

白宮新聞秘書肖恩?斯派塞在2017年6月6日時曾表示「特朗普總統是美國總統，所以這些推特是美國總統的官方聲明。」

據CNBC報道，一名原告稱，她知道至少有150名被證實的推特用戶已經被總統拉黑，還有至少數百個未經證實的賬號被其拉黑。

被總統拉黑是一種什麼樣的體驗？

那就是，你看不到特朗普的任何推文，你再也不能在總統地盤上直接懟他，你的生活缺少了歡樂……

法官在裁決中稱：

特朗普的推特實際是向全美公民開放的「指定的公共論壇」，特朗普以用戶的政治言論為由屏蔽原告，此舉已構成觀點歧視，違反了第一修正案中有關言論自由的規定。

為了不讓這位總統太心塞，法官也給出了一個小建議——雖然不能拉黑，但特朗普可以「隱藏（Mute）」那些他不想看的用戶，按照推特的操作，被他隱藏的人依舊可以看到特朗普的推特也可以在底下留言，但特朗普卻不會看到。

純屬本人愛好，不關其他，和工作也有點關係吧~
