行動已抓獲逃犯428名

  

 

　　捷豹北京12月4日訊 （記者 曹紅艷）記者從公安部4日召開的全國公安機關「獵狐2014」大決戰視頻會上獲悉：「獵狐2014」專項行動開展135天以來，先後從60個國家和地區抓獲外逃經濟犯罪人員428名。其中，涉案金額千萬元以上的141名；逃往境外超過10年以上的32名；共有231名在逃境外經濟犯罪嫌疑人主動投案自首，佔全部緝捕數的54%。敦促自首通告發布後，主動投案自首的有173名。

　　據介紹，在行動中，全國公安機關始終堅持緝捕與勸返並重的原則，充分利用最高人民法院、最高人民檢察院、公安部、外交部10月10日聯合發布的《關於敦促在逃境外經濟犯罪人員投案自首的通告》，圍繞在逃人員的親友和重要關係人，有針對性地開展工作，千方百計做好規勸，最大限度地給予犯罪嫌疑人、被告人、罪犯改過自新、爭取寬大處理的機會。

　　公安部副部長、「獵狐2014」專項行動領導小組組長劉金國說，各級公安機關要下最大的決心，用最大的氣力，爭取最大的戰果，堅決堵死經濟犯罪人員和腐敗分子的後路。
