DS160英文申請表 在線填寫指導

Step 1) 在線填寫網址：https://ceac.state.gov/GENNIV/

Step 2) 選擇領館所在地：北京，上海，廣州，成都，瀋陽

Step 3) 上傳數碼照：

照片要求：

2英寸x2英寸（51毫米x 51毫米）正方形白色背景的彩色正面照

文件格式：JPEG格式

文件大小：≤240千位元組 （一般在200KB以內）

尺寸：照片像素尺寸必須按照正方形的比率（即高度與寬度必須一致）。最小尺寸不得小於600像素（寬）*600像素（高）。最大尺寸不得超過1200像素（寬）*1200像素（高）。

注意：照片可以先不用上傳，等到160填寫到最後的時候也可以傳照片

Step 4) 進入申請頁面：

選擇之後進入下一頁面，在右上角有一個10位的 Application ID，如：AA004054K4，須將此ID號記下。Security Question的答案填BEIJING123

【注意】重新登錄需要輸入此ID號，學生姓氏的拼音，出生年份以及問題答案BEIJING123

請注意：當申請閑置20分鐘後，DS160表就會中斷（time out），所有已經輸入的信息都將丟失。因此，請定時永久保存（步驟如下）：

1. 按「SAVE」（保存），可臨時保存申請；
2. 按「Save Application to File」，可永久保存文件至指定地方；
3. 按「Continue Application」，可繼續填寫申請表 （建議每隔15分鐘重複步驟1，2，3）；
4. 你可以使用「Getting Started」頁面上的 「Upload a previous application」 選項來上傳你已經保存的信息。

160確認頁列印出來以後，在上方空白處寫上中文姓名和電碼。

注意：

所有拒簽學生DS-160必須重新來做，不可以用舊的160約簽。已經做過160的學生可以直接從進入修改信息。

點擊Creat a new application， 點擊continue，所有之前填寫的信息會自動導入到新的160編號里，只需修改即可。

1. 約簽時，記得及時修改拒簽學生的DS-160確認編號。
2. 學生為大專或者大四學生，一簽失敗後拒簽解釋部分註明原因，並說明已經考上專升本或者研究生，面簽時出示給簽證官。
