We all know that as a marketer, if we wan to retain current customers or acquire more new customers, building a list that include the information about the customer is really important. Respond real time

Try to provide the reports, instructions, confirmations and other stuff that you promise in real time.

Customer have high expectations for real time responses.

Say Thank you

Say Thank you after people complete your form. People spend time to fill your form so make sure say thank you for their time and submission.

Spend some tome to think what kind of experience you want to have. Only ask for necessary information that people feel comfortable to share. This will help to create a positive experience and increase your chances that the purchase will go through.
